THE OUTBREATH

We are happy to suggest that now is the time to breathe out. It is time for the Outbreath.

It is time to sigh a huge sigh of relief. After eons of time, when humanity took the in-breath, and did not quite allow the outbreath.

It is as though humanity took a deep breath in, and has been holding its breath ever since.  On alert. Ready to pounce. Making sure it is safe. Fight and flight. Rough and tumble. Each one finding a way to survive as a human being. And, over the eons, this has led to …Now.   A time of such drama; such schism; such sectarianism. 

Sectarianism is far more harmful than mere polarisation. Sectarianism is separation; adherence to the idea of survival of the fittest. The certainty of those who feel they are the fittest, and by implication the ‘other group’ is not fit. The Selfish Gene – with no awareness of man as a spiritual being.

And it comes to its apotheosis this week!   With the American election, where the inbreath is so strained; so tense that the whole world feels the anxiety of holding its breath.  The breath is now so tightly drawn, it feels almost like dying; there is so little room for more breath.

So, we say to our friends in incarnation, now is the time to let the breath go. Time to breathe out. Time to release the tension of what so many people have considered  to be human.

Covid-19 has been about the breath. Of arriving at a point where there is no more breath to take in.  And it touches on the other difficulties faced by the planet – up to this high tension point.  Sectarianism has completely overruled the understanding of those who have been working hard to achieve integration. Yet you know, too, in your wisdom, that integration is where you are reaching now.

So, the outbreath. The outbreath. The outbreath. Things will change. Those sectarian nonsense issues, are just that:  nonsense.  So many people recognise it now: whether through the US election or the current difficulties in the labour party; or the endless factional wars throughout the world.  Sheer nonsense.  

And, on the out-breath, you can feel it.  This is not how I want to be. This is not how it is. In that out-breath you can feel the relief, the sense of coming into your own life.  To stop striving to be anything more than you are, in this nonsense way.  You are actually where you want to be.

You want to be here, now, as yourself, in the way you want yourself to be. And you relax. You feel ready to be counted; ready to experience this current sectarianism around the world, to be nothing more than nonsense which must dissipate in your consciousness now.

We suggest this month you feel the effect of the out-breath on your world; on your environment; on your wish to be counted. The will to change; to trust, and to be equal. To be calm. And open to how your life will emerge, from now on.
