TOMORROW and TOMORROW
SEPTEMBER 2020
Today we suggest that tomorrow has something in store for you.
When we say tomorrow, we mean that you don’t have to grab for today.
You are coming out of silence. You are coming out of metaphorical lockdown. And so, you sit quietly, and smile, and feel that tomorrow is another day. Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.
When you allow this quieter opening to tomorrow, you breathe more tranquilly. You sit back more easily. You don’t grab today. You wait and see tomorrow opening out in front of you. And each day you know that tomorrow is another day, and you continue to breathe quietly, but breathe deeply, and feel content, and feel calm. And know that tomorrow is only just around the corner, and you will enter life differently. You will step out modestly. You will allow unfoldment. You will not grab today. You will enter calmly into tomorrow.
It is as though a new movement; a new quietness; a new contentment can emerge, as you come to understand yourself to be in a different moment in time. You are in a different movement through the air; in a magnificent realignment. And it is so quiet; it is so happy, because it isn’t grabbed. It isn’t yearned for.
We suggest that until now life has been a yearning towards, from a sense of missing out and therefore a yearning for. But you are missing nothing. You need not yearn for anything now, because life is emerging for you. You do not need to understand every jot and tittle of where you are going to move now, today, but open out and understand yourself to be in tomorrow. You are just in your life now. You are quietly within your own skin. You are within your own molecules, within your own sense of newness and wisdom.
What we ask you to trust about the emergence from this metaphorical lockdown, is that change has happened. Acceptance is easier. You recognise that you don’t want so much more. You want so much what is.
And in this opening to tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, of course there will be hiccoughs, of course you will feel anxious now and again. But as you stop grabbing, and as you stop yearning, and as you smile and feel content, there is a sense of really settling down. Settling down into the body of who you are, into your own body, where you will discover all that you need to discover. And all that you need to be you. Your body. Your home. Your environment is all you need in order to know what and who you are becoming and who you are to be.
It is as though you stay home, which is of course a paradox. You are metaphorically unlocking and at the same time staying at home. It is music to your ears to know that while you are unlocking you are also staying at home. Because it means you are not lurching or yearning or grabbing, but simply perceiving; simply listening; simply delving into the depths within your own body and your own skin.
We ask our friends in incarnation to feel a contentment; a tranquillity; a sense of understanding that this is different. It has changed. You feel quieter, and you can breathe. You can breathe more deeply than you have ever done before. Because now it isn’t about yearning.
We suggest you sit comfortably and listen to Annie’s audio meditation:
