Standing Up to be Counted

SEPT 2015 CHANNELLING

In the last weeks several people have reported experiencing pain in hips, neck, back; a distortion in their alignment more difficult than usual. The guides imply that this is like growing pains. They continue to encourage us to ‘stand up straight’, to recognise that the structure of what it is to be human is changing.

Guidelines
“The change point has already happened and there’s a feeling in the air that it is now or never. We ask our friends in incarnation to recognise within themselves a freedom of movement: a sense of moving freely from the middle of back to the feet. It is as though the middle of the back to the feet has become more flexible – much more flexible.

Feel within you a sense of movement; a flexibility from the middle of the back down to the feet, Feel this as a real moment, so the movement that you allow yourself to make, seems to you as though, as a human being you are standing up straight, as if for the first time. Feel yourself standing fully upright, proudly, able to move with vigour now.

Yes, the human being has stood upright over many millennia now. And yet, there is almost a final uprightness that even now is taking place.

When the movement from the middle of back right down to the feet feels freer, then the head on the neck stands more upright. It is as though the human being finally looks itself in the eye. It becomes supremely human, supremely ‘full of itself’.

And when at last we stand fully upright and there is an ease of movement from the middle of the back down to the feet, there comes a real change. We can experience a profound inner respect for who we are as an individual, and a respect for what we are as a human being: a representative on earth of universal loving kindness.
At last, in this fully upright stance the human being can feel for itself a true acceptance, and a deep sense of love towards himself. There is complete confidence in who and what you are, and as a result you offer your charm, respect, and confidence to others.

This confirmation of self hood, of being human suddenly allows you to say ‘I’m wholly okay. I respect not only myself now and my place in the world, but every other individual I meet. I can now look every other individual in the eye as an equal’.
Feeling this different; this confident; this respectful, makes us feel, in some way for the first time, that we are fully alive on earth. We no longer need to deploy our wounds or feelings of inferiority because they have now gone away.

When, in this uprightness, we feel a real love of self, and of being human, the world itself is changed. Individuals experience it as changed. Our vision is renewed; our input is different; our responses are magnanimous. When we love ourselves we cannot behave badly to others – it’s an impossibility.
What a difference a day makes, and by that we mean from one day to the next there is change. From one day to the next we can stand up and be counted as a fully- fledged human being. We can now be aware that the point of being human is to bring down spiritual values, a spiritual identity.

And as the movement from the back to the feet becomes more fluid and more ambitious, then the earth itself feels loved and nurtured and cared for. So this circuit of being becomes a whole system of endeavour, of movement, of recognition, of empowerment and leadership. It is change without brutality or force or nastiness. It is change through good feelings, empathy and kindness.

And when this circuit, this movement, becomes a natural way of life, then this flow, this circuitry, this breathing in and breathing out becomes the way it is: just the way it is. And then there is no need to be anxious, or worried, because the flow flows.

It flows in and it flows out. It feels like an organic, moving situation, a living thing. It is a whole, living organism with humanity at its heart. And when humanity feels itself to be the heart of the organism the world is absolutely different.”
