SOMETHING’S COMING

The way forward at this time is to smile.  Smile a little smile and feel how that relaxes everything.  The smile today has meaning for you, and everyone in the whole wide world.

Smiling now feels so warm and calm because today is different. Today has something added, something extra.  Because to all intents and purposes the storm is over, and the effects of the storm will soon subside.

It is as though in the atmosphere there has been a turbulence – perhaps like an aeroplane turbulence – during which you have been tossed about, and you feel afraid. Although you know deep down that turbulence in an aeroplane is not unsafe, it can be scary. And this is what has been happening in the universal atmosphere of planet earth.

Of course, some people have been more scared than others. Some people have been tossed around inside more than others – as you might expect in turbulence. But the storm is subsiding now.

In lieu of that knowledge, smile a little. Relax a little. Remember what a relief it is when you come out of a turbulent patch on an aeroplane. You can feel settled again. You can feel calm again.

Of course, there are some people who never do feel completely calm on a plane.  They are nervous, even when the turbulence is over. It is a kind of natural, residual feeling that life is a little scary, a little unsafe. 

But what we suggest is that now, deep down, it will feel different. There will be a sense that, actually, life isn’t scary at all. It is Life.  And you can smile.  You can just be it, and think it, and do it.  And it makes you relax into Life. Into your life.

Because the storm is subsiding and calm will appear.  This IS change, and a change of huge dimension.  You have come through the turbulence, into a new sense of what life can be. The fear that is held in humanity in all sorts of ways and in all sorts of guises and which, to all intents and purposes, either stays as fear or becomes rage and anger, will subside too.  It does not exist on the other side of the turbulence.  You can touch that with a smile.

We have suggested to our friends in incarnation that your life can actually move more slowly now, more gently.  Life at the old speed, at the old rushing – which comes through a sense of lack, or fear, or rage – need no longer happen.  

Slowing down into that ‘movement towards’ will allow you to relax and just be. You can feel less afraid; less angry; less critical; more benign.  It allows you to be kinder – most of all to yourself, but also to the other people around you.

We ask our friends to slow it down.  Know that you are out of the turbulence, and soon you will be aware that it has subsided. You can reach the calm of the other side, and realise it is different.  You can let go the fears, or the anger that comes through fear. You can just live now, moment by moment.

Feel the smile that actually makes you feel safe, the smile that allows you to recognise that something is coming. Something good.  Something different.
