We take the opportunity to suggest today that there is such turbulence in the ionosphere that it would not be surprising if people were feeling queasy or slightly destabilised.
When you see the effects in the wider world of this destabilisation, you have witness to the effects of this deeply transitional moment.
The most important thing to remember is that you are not engaged in the slightest in this outer world turbulence. And if you feel the effects within your own physical body then earth, earth, earth as best you can. Also drink a little more water than you might otherwise do.
It is a real ‘holding on to your hats’ and grounding moment for humanity, and those who are so ultra-sensitive to energies are really feeling the swaying now.
In our view there will be a true turning point very soon. And if we can offer the advice to ‘hang in there, don’t worry, and reassure you that it will pass, trust in that. All is well, and all manner of things shall be well. And as your body reacclimatises after the huge outpouring of turbulent energy, you will feel much better than you have for a very long time.
If we go back to lockdown Covid, all those years ago now, there was such a movement within humanity, a changing within the structural truth of what it was to be human, that it upset many, many millions of people, as the physical structure changed for a very new moment in time.
So, stop worrying, stop worrying. Be very gentle on yourselves this month, as indeed we suggested you might do – in solitude – last month. Stop trying to fight your way out of how you feel. Relax down into it, and simply allow it to change. Allow it to feel different.
And when we propose that by the end of the month things will feel more settled, less haywire, we suggest you sit it out. Wait once more for this newness, this feeling of earthed contentment. And trust in a new dawn.
