May we suggest that the most important thing today is to take a look at your past, and release it once and for all.There is a moment now to unlock all the agony of who you have been until now, and really trust, believe, and understand that the world has turned; and you are a new human being.
Along with so many of our friends in incarnation the lingering pains have still been hurting; not only your mind but your body. And if we were to say that after all these years – all this hard work to become an integrated human being who moves through the old incarnation into the new – you can now allow yourself the privilege of seeing yourself as whole and beautiful, and yes, happy to be here on planet earth at this time, in this way, and feeling different.
What we feel you might do, is remember yourself at the age of twelve. Twelve was a transitional moment in the old way of growing up, linking you to the deep past of this present, and former incarnations.
At twelve you were steeped in the old, echoing sense of your incarnational history, carrying the fears and difficulties of former lives into the next phase of your life, and the journey towards integration.
What we suggest, is that at this moment there is a new kind of marker point; a bigger stepping through. The transition from this life, which carries the memories of all former incarnations, really is taking place. The pains and difficulties; the lumps and bumps that have accrued from this old sense of reality can just fade away.
Sense how there is now an opportunity to step forward, to feel different, to feel peaceful, to feel rested. Your body can feel healed, ready to open out to the new; feeling truly different.
See how this sense of feeling different, allows you to put yourself at the centre of your new world, allowing you to detach, to stand independent of everyone else. People around you take a different place in your wellbeing.
Feel for yourself who in your life needs to ‘step away’ from your old entanglement. Feel who needs to be repositioned in your life. One person may need to be placed at quite a distance, for you to maintain your wellbeing, your peace, and your stature. Another may just need to step a little further away.
Allow yourself to ‘pull off’ any entanglements you perceive to be smothering you or clinging to you. Stand them away where you need them to be. Sense how you need to stand away, to stand alone. Know that standing alone is fine; good for this next phase of who you are to be; for your independence.
Sometimes you feel scared to be independent. But this is a new approach to relationships now: to people, to community, to loved ones, in order for you to stand quite still. In order to see yourself as a kind-hearted, truly peaceful individual, who now perceives themselves in a new era of loving kindness.
