SPRING AWAKENING
MAY
May we suggest to our readers today that the month of May wants to shout out: ‘Eureka, eureka, eureka. I have found it. I have found it. I have found it’: This month says you’ve found the way through; the way to end the debilitating limitations you make on yourselves, that stop you from becoming super human beings. And by super, we mean just great human beings.
And you say to yourself ‘that’s great. This is how I want to be now. I recognise how I want to be from now on.’ It is as though Spring has awoken, and you have awoken to HOW you are in the world of men and woman; how you just do it at last. And you feel great about it; you feel calm about it. You have managed to stop getting in your own way, making life difficult for yourself – and, very often, for others.
And if you become aware that you are now doing your life in the way you recognise you are to be in the world, then you stop getting in other people’s way too. Because, if you are in touch with the wrong way of being yourself, you influence others in the wrong way. When you are not operating at the best level of who you really are, you touch others heavily, or downheartedly, or in whatever mood you find yourself in,
So May comes in with a shout: ‘yes, I’ve got it. I am who I am, and I like it, and I can do it. And I seem to be effectively changing how it feels to be me in this environment, and how ‘the other’ in my environment is effectively changing because of it.
It is time to change. And yet it is more than that. It is time to acknowledge that you have been able to change. That there is a kind of difference in the arena you are operating in, and a difference in the aura that you are fielding into the outside world.
Stay within that. You don’t have to stretch out of it, in order to prove yourself, or make yourself feel better. You don’t need to do something you don’t really want to do. Because in the end that doesn’t help you. What helps you now is to do things in their timing, do things because that is what you personally are about.
It may mean you suddenly drop something you have always loved to do. Or you might even drop a friend who doesn’t feel able to take to the you that you are choosing to become. It is a bit of shuffling and changing, and feeling freely that you can be who you are and, more importantly, that you know you are no longer hitched to who you used to be.
There’s a lovely feeling of a breeze coming to you now as May opens and has its day; its May Day. It has a lighted hearted feeling of Spring, as it heralds the summer of content – rather than the summer of discontent”.
We suggest you sit quietly and comfortably for this audio meditation:
